Good. I would suggest this University.
Lots of research gng on in CS so lots of funds which means lots of RAs and TAs. If the candidate is not interested in thesis or research work, there are many small to mid-level on-campus jobs which can waive a part of your fee.
Courses are moderately arduous. Maintaining 3+ gpa is not a big deal here. UNT has good standard and coming to computer science there are wide variety of options in courses you can study
Cost of living is low. Local buses with decent frequency. Indian coomunity here is well connected and large. They hold many events during a calender year.
They do have a career center and hold some career fairs although the jobs turn over is low. I think its same with most of the mediocre univs like UNT.
